Failure analysis

In the unlikely event of a malfunction of the Service (“crash”), we automatically collect detailed information of the device state at the time of the malfunction in order to analyze and fix the cause of the failure.

Personal data collected: complete description of the device on which the crash occurred, including log files, IP address and any accessible information that might help to analyze the malfunction of the Service.

By sending emails to Soft Motion Labs, the users authorize Soft Motion Labs to use its email address and any information given in the sent mail in order to reply to the request.
