What Information Is Collected?

Soft Motion Labs itself collects very little information. The data processed in connection with the Service are:

Our games do not collect usage statistics or analytics, do not require an account, and do not track you across applications or websites. This website does not use cookies or analytics.

Users are responsible for any personal data of third parties obtained, published or shared through this Service and confirm that they have the third party's consent to provide the data to Soft Motion Labs.

How Is Such Information Used?

Data is processed to allow Soft Motion Labs to provide the Service, for the following purposes: advertising, crash analysis, leaderboards and achievements, in-app purchases, nearby multiplayer, and contacting the user.

Advertising

The free versions of our games use Google AdMob to display advertisements (banners and interstitials). AdMob is an advertising service provided by Google LLC (“Google”) which may use device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) and cookies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

Where required (e.g. in the European Economic Area), ad personalization is subject to your consent through Google's consent form (UMP), shown inside the games. You may change your choice at any time from the games' privacy options.

Crash analysis

In the unlikely event of a malfunction of a game (“crash”), Family's Game Travel Pack may collect diagnostic information through Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google. Crash collection is disabled by default and only starts if you explicitly enable it in the game's privacy options.

Data collected: device model and state at the time of the crash, crash logs and diagnostics.

Leaderboards and achievements

Our games can connect to Google Play Games Services to provide online leaderboards and achievements. If you choose to sign in, Google provides the game with your player ID and profile information (such as your gamer name and avatar), used solely to submit and display scores and achievements.

In-app purchases

Purchases (for example the full version of a game) are processed by the store you downloaded the game from — Google Play Billing or Amazon Appstore. Soft Motion Labs only receives a purchase confirmation (order status); we never see, store or process your payment details.

Nearby multiplayer

Family's Game Travel Pack can connect nearby devices over Bluetooth or the local WiFi network so you can play together without an Internet connection. On older Android versions (Android 11 and below), the operating system requires the location permission to scan for Bluetooth devices — this permission is used for discovery only and no location data is collected or transmitted. Nearby connections never leave your local network.

Contacting the User

By sending emails to Soft Motion Labs, the users authorize Soft Motion Labs to use their email address and any information given in the sent mail in order to reply to the request.

Cookies and Local Storage

This website does not use cookies or tracking tools. Your language preference, if you change it, is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. Third-party services inside the games (AdMob, Play Games) may use cookies or equivalent identifiers as described above.

International Transfers

Personal information collected through the Service may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which the third-party providers mentioned above maintain facilities. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer of information outside of your country.

Your Rights

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting us. You may also withdraw your consent to crash reporting or ad personalization directly from the games' privacy options. If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Children's Privacy

Soft Motion Labs does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal data through the Service. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal data on this Service without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal data to Soft Motion Labs, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

Your Consent To This Privacy Policy

By using the Service, you are expressing your agreement to this Policy and the processing of your data, including your personal information, in the manner provided in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
